Kampala Gold Refinery Ltd is a private company limited by shares, incorporated under the Republic of Uganda’s Companies Act 2012. We exist to transform East Africa’s mineral wealth into globally competitive refined products — without compromising on provenance, dignity, or law.
Our Memorandum of Association empowers us to operate mining, processing, advanced refining, laboratory verification, secure logistics, and jewellery design under a single legal entity. We work in close alignment with the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development, ensuring compliance with the Mining and Minerals (Licensing) Regulations 2023.
With UGX 10,000,000 in registered share capital and a governance structure built for accountability, we serve governments, institutional buyers, and private investors who demand traceable, certified gold.
